One of the world's oldest coffee blends dating back to the 1500's, it contained coffees from the Indonesian island of Java and from the port city of Moka in Yemen. Many people today confuse "Moka" with chocolate, when back then it was where the coffee came from. This version of Moka Java blend has semi-washed coffee from Java to give a whole-bodied taste, and dry-processed coffee from Oromia, Ethiopia, to add chocolate and fruit flavor notes.
